Guestrooms
Choose one of our spacious guestrooms, lovingly decorated for your ultimate comfort with luxurious linens, designer quilts and an abundance of pillows. Each room has a unique look and feel, but all rooms offer new, fluffy deluxe mattresses, private baths and air conditioning. In the main house, there are two king rooms, two queen rooms, and one room with a double and a twin bed. Two deluxe queen rooms are located steps away in a separate cottage. All room rentals include a full, gourmet breakfast served café-style each day in our sunlit breakfast room.
 Chapoquoit
A beautiful canopy king room decorated in soft, sea foam blue and gold tones. It has a sitting area in a bay window and a spacious private bath. This is a very romantic room and is often booked for wedding nights and anniversaries.

A very majestic room that showcases a beautiful mahogany king-size poster bed. The room is decorated in rich colors and has a comfortable sitting area by the window. There is a spacious private bath and view of our side gardens.

A delightful and sunny queen room with a pine poster bed. Decorated in soft colors with a floral tone. It has a spacious private bath and a gorgeous view of the gardens and gazebo.

A lovely mahogany poster bed queen room on the first floor. It is decorated in navy, cream and a rich burgundy red and has a comfortable quilt and a view of our gardens and gazebo. It also has a spacious private bath.

 Garden View
Located in a separate cottage just behind the main house. Violets, ivy and wicker abound in this private hideaway. It has a queen bed and a sitting area and boasts gorgeous views of the gardens. It also has a gas fireplace, private bathroom with shower, refrigerator and TV/VCR.

 Captain's Quarters
Located in a separate cottage just behind the main house. This intimate retreat has a queen bed, sitting area, private bathroom with shower, refrigerator, TV/VCR and a gas fireplace! With its nautical décor, it gives guests the feeling of staying in a cabin on a schooner.

 Waquoit
A cheerful room on the first floor with an antique "pineapple" double bed and twin bed set. It is lightly decorated with pale yellow walls and matching colorful floral quilts and has a spacious private bath. Enjoyed by guests who prefer two beds in their room.
